Did you hear the one about the new road they opened in Sg Long that they put tolls booths to collect money for? This is all fine and legal. The problem occured when the company that built the new road, Grand Saga Sdn Bhd decided to block off alternative routes to force Bandar Sg Long residents to use their road. And when Lion Diversified Holdings Sdn Bhd opened a new township there and built an alternative route, Grand Saga was pissed and want the govt to pay them RM200m as compensation. Who Grand Saga? A crony company?
